The variety is incredible eight different types including pistachio and cashew options that melt in your mouth. The pistachio bird’s nest and kunafa round were my personal favorites, but every piece was fresh, flaky, and perfectly sweet.

I am quite a baklava lover and very picky about what I like. This was the best Baklava I’ve had in a very long time. The pastry is not overwhelming, the sweetness is just right without the heavy sticky gooy feel and the most importantly the nuts used are fresh and a very generous proportion. The packaging is also very high end in quality.
I’ve been looking for a less sweet Baklava and finally I found Darbaklava. Excellent quality.
I ordered a couple of these for a company event and the enjoyment and feedback from my peers was universally positive! Everyone loved the taste and variety. The only complaints were that there weren't more! (each piece was bite-sized, so several people had more than one!) Also, shipping was easy and fast (ordered to Canada).
I've always felt guilty about having Baklava, so these are a God send. Way more nutritious, healthier and less 'dense and sticky' than regular Baklava, the pediatrician who made these is also making dreams a reality. Fast shipping, LOVE the box.
