We have lived in Egypt and love baklava. I love the presentation of this. Makes a wonderful gift. Also love that it is healthier than the options we have available in shops in Texas. These cookies are so delicious and I like how they just crumble in your mouth.I would say for me they are still too sweet.I would suggest less sugar.Also I would like to recommend experimenting with allulose sugar for those who are diabetics.

Just the right blend of nuts and sweetness. Perfect size as I love them so much I would eat an entire box in no time. Easy to pack in my bag for a quick bite during hiking and workouts.
