Quality first
Dar Baklava founder, Sherif, is a pediatrician and an avid runner. Like many people, he has a sweet tooth, and he loves baklava. However, he was never satisfied with the quality of baklava he found in the stores. The pieces were so bulky that they would break with flakes everywhere, too much dough, barely any nuts, and completely drenched in syrup. Sound familiar?
Healthy beginnings
With a strong passion for health and fitness, he launched Dar baklava to be a true better for you baklava! Dar baklava is made with 6 simple ingredients, premium nuts and minimum syrup, hence our slogan “No Sticky Fingers”.
